This new book was released in 2016 in alignment with the complete book with 19 stories. Workbook version of "Success Stories: Insights by African American Men" is an inspirational collection of stories by 6 African American Men, 5 current college students from urban America and Reginald Grant. This work book is designed to improve academic skills, including critical thinking (extraction of facts from each story and pre writing organization), comparing their lives to the stories in the text and development of quality essays. This is accomplished by reading the text and using the tools after each story and in the back of the text. This workbook is in alignment with the new Common Core Standards for grades 6 – 12.
